Simple Guide to Letting Go of Negative Emotions and Boosting Positive Energy for Better Decision-Making:

Step 1: Awareness and Identification

Start by acknowledging and identifying any negative emotions you're experiencing. Take a moment to recognize and name these emotions without judgment.

Step 2: Pause and Breathe

Find a quiet space. Inhale slowly through your nose, hold for a moment, and exhale through your mouth. Repeat this deep breathing to create a sense of calm and focus.

Step 3: Acceptance without Judgment

Accept your emotions without criticism. Remember, it's okay to feel a certain way. This step is about self-compassion.

Step 4: Visualization

Close your eyes and visualize your negative emotions as dark clouds around you. With each breath, imagine these clouds dissipating, making room for bright and positive energy.

Step 5: Positive Anchoring

Recall a specific positive memory. Relive it in your mind and associate a physical action (like tapping your fingers together) with this positive memory.

Step 6: Create a Positive Trigger

Use the physical action from Step 5 as a positive trigger. Whenever you need a mindset shift, perform this action to activate the positive energy associated with your empowering

memory.

Step 7: Future Pacing

Project this positive energy into the future. Visualize yourself making confident and successful decisions, fueled by this newfound positive mindset.

Step 8: Affirmations

Finish by repeating positive affirmations related to your goals and decision-making abilities. Speak these affirmations in the present tense to reinforce your capability and confidence.
