About Darren Shaw
DSNLP — Desired States Neuro-Linguistic Programming — founded by Darren Shaw, a British-Jamaican psychology graduate and NLP Trainer.
At eight years old, Darren was abandoned outside a London train station. He learned early that survival begins in the mind. Over decades, he rebuilt himself — from street life and rave culture to academic study, business ownership, and professional training — mastering psychology, communication, and leadership.
After losing family members to mental-health struggles, Darren made a vow: to become skilled enough to help others before they reached that point. DSNLP combinines psychological science, mindset training, and business education to create real, lasting change.
Today, DSNLP teaches individuals and professionals how to master their states, structure their minds, and build their futures through continuous learning (CPD/CE)
