I’m Darren Shaw, founder of DSNLP. My early life was shaped by instability and challenge. I know what it’s like to grow up without clear guidance, facing abandonment, and having to figure out how to create direction from chaos.

As a teen, Martial Arts gave me discipline, coding gave me logic, and hours in the library gave me perspective. Those building blocks, along with support from mentors and psychologists, became the foundation for everything I teach today.

​

From 2001 - 2012, my main focus was buiding and running a rave promotions empire in London. Organising events for 1,500 per event, I gained a ton of skills whilst studying NLP in secret on various courses, but I always knew this wasn't where I was destined to be.

​

In 2010, my brother took his own life. That forced me to take full responsibility for creating a stronger mind and a stronger future for myself.

​

Since then, I’ve trained with leading experts in psychology and NLP, and worked inside some of the UK’s largest training providers. I’ve seen exactly where people get stuck, and more importantly, what it really takes to create lasting change.

That journey became DSNLP: a no-fluff, practical approach to personal and professional transformation that helps ambitious people build confidence, influence, and income on their own terms.
