Story
I am Darren Shaw, a personal and professional development trainer, born to Jamaican immigrants in the UK. From 1996 to 2011, I faced many challenges, including job instability and periods of welfare dependency.
In 2010, my life took a tragic turn when my big brother committed suicide. This devastating loss led me into a period of deep depression and confusion. But it also sparked the catalyst for my personal transformation and the journey toward discovering the power of self-development and skills acquisition.
Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of working with some of the UK’s largest training providers, including Learndirect, TBG, Seetec, and Maximus. Through these experiences, I learned firsthand the challenges people face when striving for change. With this knowledge, I founded DSNLP to provide real-world support and valuable skills to the diverse, ambitious people of London—and now, anyone, anywhere.
Today, I offer online training that empowers individuals to transform their lives and achieve their personal and professional goals. DSNLP is not just about learning new skills; it’s about making real, lasting change.
