Questions are more powerful thank most think

As a coach, your main role in the professional relationship is to lead your client towards being more resourceful as they pursue their aims and objectives.

One of the main tools you must use to achieve this is that of asking questions. Questions differ in their effect depending on the intention behind them… questions can help, harm, heal, cause confusion, great growth and much more.

One of the things I impress upon my students is the power of asking questions for an intended purpose, big decide what specifically you’re aiming to achieve by the questions that are asked.

There’s a massive difference between asking a question to gather additional information and asking a question to make a client think about what’s important to them.

For more information on how you can learn to powerfully ask questions that uncover, heal and grow your clients.
